Even if you are not sure if the contents inside contain damages due to the exterior’s condition, you MUST indicate on the BOL to be able to claim concealed damages in the future.
- Do NOT reject damaged items. The delivery should be accepted, with documentation of the damage, and a claim should be filed online. SEE IMPORTANT NOTES IN MISSING AND DAMAGED ITEMS SECTION TO FOLLOW.

Damages, changes, or conditions resulting from natural or environmental influences — including but not limited to humidity, temperature fluctuations, direct or indirect sunlight, moisture exposure, water intrusion, improper ventilation, or general atmospheric conditions — are not covered under warranty. These occurrences are considered normal characteristics of natural wood products and do not constitute manufacturing defects. Proper climate control, installation, ventilation, and maintenance are the responsibility of the purchaser and installer to ensure long-term performance of the cabinetry.
