Prepare and present regular reports on production performance to senior management.

Oversee and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and profitability. Develop and oversee short-term and long-term operational strategies. Report and analyze sales activities, potential sales, and performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement to determine areas of cost reduction and marketing program improvement. Direct and approve inventory strategies, price policies, and discounts. Oversee inventory procurement and review reports of the company’s inventory stock position for the purpose of procurement. Maintain relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and partners.
